This development represents an important step that strengthens victims\u2019 confidence that the crimes committed within the Mitiga Prison will not go unpunished and that those responsible will be held accountable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LCW calls on the Office of the Libyan Attorney General to fully cooperate with the ICC by promptly handing over all relevant evidence and files, and by ensuring that victims and witnesses can access the Court and participate in proceedings safely.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LCW also reiterates its call on the Libyan authorities to surrender all individuals wanted by the ICC immediately and to fulfil Libya\u2019s obligations to respect and cooperate with the Court.
